- Form: 軸
- Exhibition dimension: 105.6×47.8
- Description:
This picture is composed in a panoramic way. On the left side, the mountain is stacked diagonally to form a winding trend, with another pulse created by the trees and mountains on the right side. Between the two mountain movements, the horizontal slope bank and small bridge connect the gas veins of the left and right mountains. The water area and clouds on the lower right are depicted as semi arcs of different sizes, overlapping each other, forming another “virtual” trend corresponding to the “real” mountain. In his later years, Wang’s pen became more bold and unrestrained. He directly dyed different mountain surfaces with flower green, juice green and ochre, which set off vermilion leaves and green waterfront, making the picture more lively and colorful.
