Ding Guanpeng, whose birth and death dates are unknown, was consecrated to Nanxun Hall in the reign of Qianlong (1736-1795 A.D.). He was born in Shuntian (now Beijing). He was good at explaining people and landscape painting. He was a beginner of Ding Yunpeng and later integrated western light and shadow perspective. He was a representative figure of Qing Dynasty painters who were influenced by the West.
