  • Description:
The green grey jade is carved into a rather impressive candlestick. The large tray below is carved into simple and thick petals. The long column is divided into six sections, and the leaf patterns of the first, second, fifth and sixth sections have been patterned and appear stiff. The fourth section is carved with vertical string patterns. The third section is the longest, carving a row of long leaves and a row of short leaves. The outer contour of the leaf is smooth. In the past publications, this piece was called the “lantern”. In some Persian paintings, similar tall and thin candlesticks were seen, so it was renamed the candlestick.
