- Dynamy:Warring States period
- Category:Bronzes Function:SealMaterial:Mineral/metal/bronze
- Description:
The back of the seal is one layer higher than the altar, Although nose buttons can still be seen on the stage, they are often called “altar buttons”. The printed surface has two characters, “Sun Zhe”, in fine Yang script, with a border. The writing method of “Sun” is also found in the inscription “Chen Houyin □ Dun” written by King Wei of Qi in the early Warring States Period (357 BC); The character of “Zhe” is not from “mouth” but from “shell”. The character of “Zhe” in the inscription of “Jingren Bell” (about the 9th century BC) of King Xuan of Zhou knew that its structure was based on “shell”. Therefore, the character of “Zhou” in bronze 1761 “Zhou An” was also not from “mouth” but from “shell”. From the practice of writing, it is no doubt that it was a seal in the Warring States Period
