- Description:. The upper belly is used to hold food, and the lower caldron is used to hold water. There is a grate with holes between them. The fire burns between the feet, and the steam rises from the grate hole to steam the food. The Yan is square, and the upper and lower components have ears on the left and right sides for separate extraction. The biggest feature of the ornamentation is that there is a high relief tiger on the four corners in front of and behind the belly of the upper part, while in the central part, a three-dimensional dragon head holds a copper ring, and the two sides of the ring head are semi relief.
