Description:
ellipsoid, Straight neck, bulging belly, curling feet, rising from the bottom. Beast head half ring ears are set on shoulders. Lower abdomen defect, repair the ring foot, and then apply false rust. The inscription is on the top. The lid is decorated with scales on the hands and feet, the neck is decorated with wavy patterns, the middle of the abdomen is a tongue like dragon head, and the two tails are spread to both sides. The Ruigong Pot (Page 5, Volume 19 of the “Ancient Monuments of the Western Qing Dynasty”, No. 043 of the “Ancient Monuments of the Western Qing Dynasty”, Volume 043 of the “Palace Museum of Beijing”) collected by the Beijing Palace Museum has the same inscription. The two objects should have been a pair. The two “Ruigong Pots” are decorated with stealing curved patterns, which are similar to the “Guo Ji Ding” carved along the mouth of the Rui State Cemetery M18 unearthed in Liangdai Village, Hancheng, Shaanxi Province, in the early Spring and Autumn Period
