  • Image Number:>Material:mineral/metal/bronze
  • Description:
mouth slightly closed, Flat fold edge, erect ear, bulging belly, round bottom, hoof foot. The external abdominal wall is decorated with stealing and wavy patterns. The inscriptions on the inner wall of the vessel are partially covered by false rust. Two Ruigong Tripods, with the same shape and ornamentation and decreasing size and weight, are collected in our hospital, which should belong to the original tripod. Both of them are recorded in the Ancient Canon of the Western Qing Dynasty (the other one is in the Ancient Canon of the Western Qing Dynasty Today’s Visit to the National Palace Museum Volume, No. 004). In addition to those handed down from generation to generation, there are also archaeologists unearthed from Rui Gong Ding, which was found in the Rui State Cemetery in Liangdai Village, Hancheng, Shaanxi Province, and can be compared with the shape and decoration of Rui Gong Ding, such as the bronze ding unearthed in Tomb 19 (M19:186)
