- Description:. The outer wall of the utensil is inscribed with four lines and thirty-five characters from the neck down: “Only the auspicious day of the first month is Ding You. King Yichu of Xu chooses Yu Jijin as his own sacrificial offering, which can be used to enjoy the imperial heaven and our literary research, so as to protect his offspring and grandchildren forever.”
