Jade, white. The rectangular arm rest is rolled inside on the left and right sides to form a bamboo slice. The front is carved with bamboo, and the image is very picturesque. The back is engraved with the words, “Empty your heart and keep your integrity. Go through the four times without changing your style, so as to compare the virtue of a gentleman. Ziang. Songxue.” The poem and prose use bamboo as a metaphor for the virtues of a gentleman. The two seals are “Ziang” and “Songxue”. “Ziang” and “Songxue” are Zhao Mengfu’s words. With carved wood base.
