    The fetal bone of the blue and white plate is thick, and the white fetal body is exposed at the bottom. The plate body is in the shape of twelve lotus petals, with a wide mouth, shallow walls, and a short circle foot. The mural outside the utensil has twelve branches of folded flowers, with a sea wave pattern painted around the mouth. The inner wall is painted with twelve branches in two groups of six kinds of flowers, such as peony, lotus and chrysanthemum. The center of the plate is painted with six flowers in four seasons, which are dense, and the internal and external patterns are separated by green lines. Blue and white is painted with cobalt, covered with transparent glaze, and then fired under high temperature. Since its mass production in the 14th century, it has become a popular porcelain item at home and abroad. The sea water ripple pattern on the mouth edge of this piece has been often seen on the sideband of bowls and plates since the Yuan Dynasty. However, the sea water ripple patterns of the Yuan Dynasty, the Hongwu Period of the Ming Dynasty and the Yongle Period have different characteristics.
