Ruyier porcelain flat pots were fired in the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. Their shapes were influenced by Islamic pottery and glassware. They were continuously fired in the Xuande period. At present, there are two kinds of white glaze and blue and white. This white porcelain Ruyi ear flat pot has faint patterns on the surface, but the patterns are indistinct due to the coating of the glaze layer.
