The gaps are painted yellow. There is a circle of white glaze around the foot, and the round bottom is also white glaze. The center of the bottom is printed with blue and white “made in Hongzhi year of the Ming Dynasty” six character double line double circle regular script. The development of low-temperature yellow glaze in Hongzhi Kiln of the Ming Dynasty reached its peak, mastering the technology of the yellow ground blue and white porcelain since Xuande of the Ming Dynasty. This yellow ground blue and white porcelain fired the yellow glaze on white porcelain, making the yellow color appear lighter, also known as “delicate yellow”. The delicate yellow glaze in the Hongzhi period of the Ming Dynasty is particularly famous. The hair color of blue and white flowers is more beautiful against the yellow color ground.
