  • Description:
Xiang Yuanbian (1525-1590 AD), a great collector in the south of the Yangtze River, has the character of Zijing and a distinctive character of Molin. He has many collections and has been cultivated for a long time. Huang Gongwang and Ni Zan of the Yuan Dynasty were particularly interested in Ni, and they enjoyed their success. The painting of Songshi Cliff Waterfall is smooth and powerful, and the design of the scenery is very quiet. A talented boy salutes the air with vivid gestures, which seems to show Qiu Ying’s demeanor. Although cloud painting Buddha, it is still a landscape painting pattern. At the lower right, there is the title of his grandson Xiang Shengmo, “Tiantong Disciple Tongchang Tianlai Pavilion Sun Nhon Shengmo. Renchen (1652) worships the title on the Mid Autumn Day”.
