It has a round straight mouth, a deep arc wall, and small circles of feet. The center of the bowl is concave with a sharp bottom, and the bottom is slightly convex. It is commonly called a chicken heart bowl. It is generally called a lotus seed bowl because its shape is similar to a lotus house. The outer mouth is lightly carved with a dark flower pattern, the surrounding wall is carved with a lotus petal pattern and decorated with a peach shaped pattern, the inner wall is carved with a flower twig flower and a pattern, the center of the bowl is a four petal flower, and the decorative room is decorated with a double line pattern. The fetal bone is slightly thick, the glaze is sweet white and plump, and the fetal white is fine. In blue and white script, “Made in Xuande Year of the Ming Dynasty” is a six character two line regular script. This kind of small bowl with pointed feet has a slightly thicker fetal bone than the ordinary Xuande bowl. No one talks about its use. However, according to the text in the late Ming Dynasty in the twelfth volume of Wen Zhenheng’s Changwu Annals, “Tea pot and tea cup”, “There are pointed foot tea cups in Xuanmiao. The material is refined and elegant, thick and hard to be cold, white as jade, and you can try the color of tea, which is the first in the cups.” It should be the text of the Ming Dynasty
