    Zhou Chen (circa 1450-1535 AD), a native of Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, was named Shunqing, and his address was Dong;, Good at painting landscape characters. Chen Siam, a landscape architect, and Liu Songnian, Li Tang, Ma Yuan, Xia Gui and other Southern Song masters. He is skilled and meticulous in using the brush. His style is strong and elegant. He tried to teach Tang Yin and Qiu Ying painting techniques. In this painting, there is a pavilion and a boat on the willow bank by the river, with one person in each. The sergeant in the pavilion sat naked on his couch. Under the rocks on the bank, another man sat on the bow flute and washed his feet. The caddy comes with his fiddle. The branches on the top of the tree shake gently, and the ripples on the water surface move like waves. It is a cool and leisurely pleasure to wander along the waterfront in summer.
