Qiu Ying (about 1494-1552 AD) was born in Taicang, Jiangsu Province. The word Shifu is called Shizhou. He used to be a painter of ceramics when he was young. Later, he learned from Zhou Chen. Taking painting as a profession, he copied the famous sites of the Song and Yuan Dynasties at Xiang Yuanbian’s home, which is good at landscapes, people and flowers.
