Description:
Wall sherd of a clay vessel with an appliqué in the shape of a dog’s head. The dog is shown in full frontal view with his mouth open. Details such as eyes, teeth and fur were rendered using incised lines. The vessel was additionally decorated with an incised pattern consisting of incised lines as well as stamped circles and dots. Part of it can still be seen above the dog’s head.
