Description:
This porcelain bottle vase has a bulbous garlic shaped mouth and splayed foot with a flat unglazed base. Outside it is painted in doucai style with a continuous single spiralling lotus scroll around the body and foot. The mouth is decorated in underglaze blue with a double band of scrollwork and with a six character kaishu apocryphal Jiajing reign mark.
