Description:
Votive plaque (Ts’a-ts’a) Small, circular and flat votive plaque with a representation of the Buddha in half relief. He is shown seated on a lotus pad (padmasana) before a niche and is surrounded by small stupas. In addition to these, two times three raised dots are on both sides of the figure. This could be a reference to the three jewels (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha). Mould-made of coarse clay, unfired.
