Description:
Three yellow wool plain weave fragments. One fragment has a selvage with two wefts. A successive weft was inserted into a new shed from the selvage when the previous weft was used up or broke, therefore sometimes it can be observed on the surface that three wefts are in a common shed. Weave structures: Warp: wool, Z twisted, single, yellow, 18 ends/cm; Weft: wool, Z twisted, single, yellow, 16 lats/cm. Weave structure: 1/1 plain weave. 黃色毛織物殘片，共有三塊，以平紋組織織成，其中一片殘留有部分幅邊，邊經兩根。在織造時如遇緯線斷裂或用完，該梭口保持不變，從幅邊處重又織入一緯，因此在織物表面表現爲三根緯線並入一個梭口的情況。 組織結構： 經線：毛，Z撚，單根排列，黃色，18根/cm；緯線：毛，Z撚，單根排列，黃色，16根/cm；組織：1/1平紋。
