Description:
A rectangular fragment of yellow damask on plain weave with medallion out lined by cinnabar. The pattern repeat is 6.5cm in warp direction. Weave structures: Warp: silk, untwisted, single, yellow, 60 ends/cm; Weft: silk, untwisted, single, yellow, 39 lats/cm. Weave structure: 4-2 patterning weave for pattern on 1/1 plain weave for foundation. 長方形暗花綺織物，黃色，較爲殘破，團花紋樣，以朱砂描邊，圖案經向循環6.5cm，緯線循環不可測。 組織結構： 經線：絲，無撚，單根排列，黃色，60根/cm；緯線：絲，無撚，單根排列，黃色，39根/cm；組織：1/1平紋地上以4-2並絲組織顯花。
