Description:
This is a rectangular fragment of brown damask on plain weave with an irregular diamond pattern. The pattern repeat is about 0.8 cm in the warp direction and 1 cm in the weft direction. It was probably once part of a streamer. Weave structures: Warp: silk, untwisted, single, brown, 54 ends/cm; Weft: silk, untwisted, single, brown, 36 lats/cm. Weave structure: 1/3Z twill for pattern on 1/1 plain weave for foundation. 長方形綺殘片，多處破損，棕色，菱格圖案，紋樣較小，圖案經向循環約爲0.8cm，緯向循環約爲1.0cm，但由於織物在織造時起花較爲隨意，圖案循環較爲不規則。可能是幡帶的一部分。 組織結構： 經線：絲，無撚，單根排列，棕色，54根/cm；緯線：絲，無撚，單根排列，棕色，36根/cm；組織：1/1平紋地上以1/3Z向斜紋起花。
