Description:
A rectangular wool taqueté fragment with a pattern of diamonds in a square grid, white for the ground, red/green for the pattern. The pattern repeat is 3cm in warp direction and 4.2cm in weft direction. Weave structures: Inner warp: wool, Z twisted, paired, brown, 7 pairs/cm; Binding warp: wool, Z twisted, single, brown, 7 ends/cm; Weft: wool, Z twisted, white for the ground, red/green for the pattern, 13 passes/cm. Weave structure: 1/1 weft faced compound plain weave. 說明： 長形毛罽殘片，平紋緯錦織物，在白色緯線地上以綠、紅兩色緯線分區顯花，在方格骨架中填入菱格紋樣，圖案的經向循環爲3cm，緯向循環爲 4.2cm。 組織結構： 經線：明經，毛，Z撚，棕色，單根排列，7根/cm，夾經，毛，Z撚，棕色，雙根排列，7雙/cm；緯線：毛，Z撚，在白色緯線地上以綠、紅兩色緯線分區顯花，13組/cm；組織：1:1平紋緯重組織。
