Description:
A rectangular fragment of pale red wool fabric woven in plain weave weave with paired wefts. The wefts are thick to make the surface look quite coarse. The colour in the centre is darker and the selvage on one side is woven in 1/1 plain weave. Weave structures: Warp: wool, S twisted, single, pale red, 17 ends/cm; Weft: wool, Z twisted, paired, pale red, 8 pass/cm. Weave structure: 1/1 plain weave. 長方形毛布殘片，以平紋組織織成，淡紅色，中間部分顔色較深，緯線以雙根排列織入，外觀較爲粗獷，織物左側尚留有部分幅邊，亦以平紋組織織成。 組織結構： 經線：毛，S撚，單根排列，淡紅色，17根 /cm；緯線：毛，Z撚，雙根排列，淡紅色，8副/cm；組織：1/1 平紋。
