Comments:There is an identical teapot identified as Chinese in Maureen Cassidy-Geiger et al., The Arnhold collection of Meissen porcelain, 1710-50, London: D. Giles, 2008, p.681.A copy made in Germany, at Meissen, 1710-13, is in BEP, 1908,0420.3 The teapot may be European, Regina Khral has suggested.
