Description:
Cylindrical teapot with curved spout, two ring attachments on the shoulder for the double handles and cover with two oval holes in the centre. Made in porcelain painted in coloured enamels with a summer landscape with a figure in a pavilion under large trees beside the shore; on the river is a boatman with a pagoda and mountains in the distance. Upper centre there is an inscription in small characters; with inscriptions on the other side and on the cover. Base with unglazed outer ring and glazed centre with a red hexagonal seal in three registers.
