Donor name “E Colbourn Baber” on Slip in error; “E.Colborne Baber in original record of accession (British and Medieval Dept. “Drafts, Monthly Reports and Donations”, 1883,-12.) – see also 1883,8-9 and 1883,11-2 accessions. Baber was awarded RGS Royal Medal; explored China (in 1870s or 80s?). (AMD,6/1996).
