Description:
Porcelain circular stand with openwork sides, incised and painted in the green ‘fahua’ palette. This stand has four openings around the sides, between which are chrysanthemum, lotus, peony and possibly magnolia. Above is a band of alternating double and single coins. The small aperture at the top suggests that it may have been the base for a figure or a vase.
