Description:
‘Famille rose’ cup and saucer with European coats of arms. This handled cup and saucer are painted with a group of emblems evoking a romantic outdoor scene, which include a lady’s hat and scarf and a horn under a grape vine, as well as two coats of arms, one painted on a scroll, the other on an oval medallion, both tied to a staff and joined by a flower garland. This design is surrounded by small strewn flower sprays, and the rims have a red toothed border.
