Description:
Saucer, dish. Coat of arms of Swayne. “Azure a chevron between three pheons or on a chief gules three women’s heads couped at the shoulders crined of the second”, as granted to Swayne of London and Somerset by Guyan in 1444 and confirmed in July 1612. Made of enamelled porcelain, Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province. Badly broken and repaired.
