Comments:Li Yansong (b. 1982), born in Tianjin, is a teacher at the Central Academy of Fine Art’s printmaking department. He specialises in mezzotint and is an example of young printmakers in China exploring the range of printmaking possibilities. This small-scale work is part of a series where Li explores the patterns and re-arrangement of abstract and simplified forms that result in visual tensions and a sense of meditation.
