Description:
Woodblock print on hand produced paper made from the Daphne bush using black ink (lamp soot mixed with water). The circular design has at its centre a spiral of Tibetan mantras beyond which are eight lotus petals, each one containing one of the Eight Auspicious Symbols. Beyond this are seven concentric rings of Tibetan script The outer edge of the design is made up of a chain like motif while at each corner are flaming jewels. At the bottom of the design is a one line Tibetan inscription.
