Description:
Double pouch (for incense, worn over shoulder) made of cotton and wool cloth with nap; appliqué chevron and “jewel” on each pouch; fringing at bottom edges. Ground made of indigo dyed (?) blue tabby cotton cloth (selvedge with red stripe at one side only). Ground for front of pouch made from natural cream twill cotton cloth. Pouch lined with natural cream tabby cotton cloth (front) and printed cloth (back); red and black boteh and floral pattern on cream ground.
