Comments:The plume is shown both on registration Slip no.2, with wrapper and case, and on Slip no.1 (attached to hat). It is not identified at 1996 and may have become detached while fixed in the holder attached to hat. Only the wrapper is identified. (AMD,11/1996).In set with As1893,0406.01
