Description:
Plate. Coat of arms of Stanley of Grange Gorman; made of porcelain decorated in Famille Verte enamels with sprays of flowers on the rim, and diaper borders on the rim edge and in the well; “Argent on a bend azure three bucks’ heads cabossed or” impaling Granville “Gules three clarions or”; crest “A chaplet of olive pendant from a sword”. Iron-red flowers on the back. Sir John Stanley, died without heirs in 1744, when the title became extinct.
