Description:
Plate. The arms are of Mathew of Llandaff, St Kew, and the Leeward Islands, “Sable a stork within a bordure argent quartering van Leemput of Holland, ” Azure two estoiles in fess or, impaling Byam of Antigua, “Argent, three dragons’ heads erased vert, in the mouth of each a sinister hand couped gules dropping blood proper” Arms on the rim. A basket of flowers in the centre of the plate; and a scroll border in red and gold on the rim and in the well. Made of enamelled porcelain.
