Description:
Fragmentary clay plaque depicting a human face in full frontal view. The face is very broad with small eyes, short rounded ears and a broad nose. The person is shown smiling broadly and wearing large round earrings. The fact that the figure is flat on the reverse side suggests that the plaque was applied to another object, probably a vessel.
