Bronze plaque. The plaque shows a Buddha seated before a tear-shaped mandorla and on a lotus throne. He is sitting cross-legged, his hands held in his lap in the Dhyana mudra (meditation pose). On the back of the plaque is a small pin which suggests that the object could be fastened to something else, for instance a belt etc. The plaque was cast using a mould but is very corroded so that details are hard to discern.
