Comments:This long cylindrical pendant is sharpened to a point at one end with a biconical perforation at the other end which has been unevenly finished off. An irregular groove runs almost the length of the pin. Neolithic. This long narrow pendant is approximately cylindrical, but is slightly flattened on two sides. On one of the side is an irregular groove, perhaps a remnant of the initial cutting that was not smoothed away. One end is pointed and the other blunt. At the blunt end is a hole drilled from both sides. Almost identical ornaments have come from tomb M4 at Jiangsu Wu xian Zhanglingshan. See Rawson 1995, pp.143-144, cat.no.5.9.
