Comments:Rawson 1995:The precise carving of this dragon-shaped pendant would suggest a date in the fifth or fouth century BC. This characteristic grooved decoration will appear on rings in the sixth century BC (for an example see Sir Joseph Hotung’s Jade Gallery at the British Museum).
