Description:
Fragmentary stucco figure of a horse. The saddle on its back is small and padded with a large round saddlecloth. Only the straps of the stirrups remain. The animal is decorated with beaded horse-gear from which hang alternate bells and tassels. The figure of the rider is missing apart from the arms clasping the horse’s neck. These were moulded and applied separately. The figure was painted in white red and black. Traces of these colours remain.
