Description:
Mirror with serpentine interlaces and angular meanders. Round bronze mirror with triple-fluted knob surrounded by a plain band followed by a band decorated with a pattern of alternating round and triangular swirls, which is also the ground pattern for the main band. The next band is a raised plain band followed by a hachured band. Framed by two hachured bands divided by a rope border, the main band consists of three identical, interlinked sections separated by birds. Between them are the intertwined bodies of what may have been creatures curving in on themselves with angular meanders at the outer egde.
