Description:
Female deity mask (with wig and beard). Face made of yellow and ‘hat’ made of red wool woven cloth (with nap). Eye sockets, mouth and edge of face piped with pink and black satin silk cloth. Applied motif on forehead and chin; two ceramic (?) buttons beside ears. Beard and hair made of long stapled cream sheep’s (?) fleece. Two blue tabby cotton loops for fixing around ears. Padded; lined with printed tabby cotton cloth (red geometric patterning on cream ground).
