Jun stoneware incense burner with globular body, wide neck, flattened mouthrim, and three cabriole legs. The incense burner has opalescent pale blue glaze with some crazing. There is a recessed circle on the base.

Jun wares have relatively coarse stoneware bodies. In the Northern Song and Jin dynasties they appear to have been popular rather than imperial wares. Jun wares are characterised by opalescent blue, purple or even green glazes.
