Description:
Guan-type stoneware incense burner in form of ancient bronze gui with rounded sides and two handles in the form of stylised fish or birds. The incense burner has a greyish-white body covered in thick, translucent greyish-green glaze with two layers of crackle, with the wide crackle stained black and the close crackle ginger. Where exposed in firing, the body is reddish-brown. The base is glazed and the foot rim unglazed.
