Comments:Published PDF date : 1655 Room 95 label text:PDF C607Incense burner with dated inscriptionThis cylindrical incense burner is painted in underglaze blue with dragons chasing a large flaming pearl. The dedicatory inscription is written within a tablet which rests on a lotus flower. It has been translated: ‘The disciples of Huangdaojun of She county in Huizhou prefecture of Jiangnan are happy to donate four incense burners to the Hall of the Three Religions in Jiningzhou as a prayer for peace and happiness for the people of both sides of the river. Made to order, in the first autumn month of the yiwei year of the Shunzhi period [AD 1655] of the Great Qing dynasty.’Porcelain with underglaze cobalt-blue decoration Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province 江西省, 景德鎮Qing dynasty, dated equivalent to AD 1655 PDF C607紀年銘文香爐此筒形香爐繪有青花龍追逐大火焰寶珠圖案。牌匾內寫有供養銘文,以蓮花座承托。銘文可譯為:“江南徽州府歙縣信徒黄道浚,很欣喜地向濟寧州三教殿呈供四座香爐,祈求河兩岸的人們都能和平與幸福。大清順治乙未年(1655年)秋天的第一個月定製。”瓷器,青花江西省景德鎮清代,紀年相當1655年
