Description:
Official’s quilter hat, circular, with fringe; winter wear. Top made from pleated red damask silk cloth with dragon patterning. Lengths of red silk forming two concentric fringes at top; longer silk theads in middle. Outer edge lined with fur (only vestige left) / cream leather. Lined with tones of blue tabby silk cloth, with yellow cotton (twill?) cloth in the middle.
