Figuratively decorated handle of a clay vessel. The handle was moulded in the shape of a lion with the head of the animal forming an extension of the handle. The mane was emphasised by shallow imprinted lines, suggesting that it object might have been made using a mould. The object is fragmentary and only the upper part of the body of the animal remains.
