Description:
End handle to a halberd, ge. The middle part is covered with ornaments. Along the smaller end there is the head of a bird with a long neck which ends in a spiral and is covered in a scale-like pattern. On the opposite end there is the head of a ram on a fairly long neck. The head is covered with scales and spirals, and the neck with flutings. Each of the two flat sides is decorated with a pair of bird’s heads with curving crests projecting from the same neck. Made of bronze.
