Description:
A garland made from different types of silk cloth. Comprising a long, thick padded plait with cream leather stitched to each end and knotted. (Black wax seal with shield-shaped impression containing Chinese character at cloth/leather join.) Seven sets of patchwork squares (two on each) and triangle with cloth streamers suspended from plait by cream leather loop. Silk damask, brocaded and plain fabrics, many made with gold-coloured metal-wrapped threads.
